APPLICATIONS
The booking process is made up of 4 steps. Early booking is essential due to limited availability.
THE BOOKING PROCESS.
Due to limited slots, it is recommended to apply at least 3 months in advance.
Along with your application, a CV is required in order for us to provide an experience that meets your expectations. Once the application is processed, confirmation and further information will be sent within 3 business days.

APPLICATION REVIEW
Your application will be reviewed for slot availability,
Feedback will be provided in 3 business days.
3.
ACCEPTANCE LETTER
Additional information may be requested with your acceptance letter.
A deposit must be paid within 14 days of receiving the acceptance letter to secure your booking.
4.
PAYMENT PROCESS
Full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival date.
Payment details are provided along with the acceptance letter.
